Each Tuesday evening, we offer pre-bookable appointments to our patients with GP’s and Nursing Staff for routine needs. For any “emergency needs” during this time, you should contact 111.
Great Lumley Surgery will be The Hub for Chester-Le-Street GP Practices on a Saturday and a Sunday between the hours of 8:00am and 1:00pm.
The reception team may in fact offer such an appointment to you when you ring us – the GPs in this service can make necessary referrals and arrange investigations if needed. These appointments can be booked by our practice staff so please ask when speaking to a receptionist if weekend appointments are more suitable for you.
